Adult Education Opens Doors, Delivers Success

I have been taking an ESL class for about 7 months at Metropolitan Adult Education. When I came to the U.S. last year, I got good information about Adult Education. I really appreciate this program because my English skills are getting much better. My ESL teachers teach us not only English skills, but also teach us the culture and history of U.S. In the ESL class, we can share ideas and understand each other. So I have made many friends with my ESL classmates.
I am very concerned about closing the Adult Education program with Metro ED. Metro ED is a good opportunity to study English as a first step for the English language learner. It is also a first step to freedom. Educated Adults= Educated Children!
