Children's Discovery Museum Of San Jose Appoints Six New Board Members 
Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose Board Chair Lisa Sonsini and Executive Director Marilee Jennings are proud to announce the appointments of six new board members.   New members include:
Frank Calderoni
Frank Calderoni is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cisco, managing the financial strategy and operations of a company with more than 64,000 employees and total revenue for fiscal year 2007 of $34.9 billion. Calderoni joined Cisco in 2004 from QLogic Corporation, a storage networking company where he was the Senior Vice President and CFO. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and CFO for SanDisk Corporation, a flash data storage company. Previously he spent 21 years at IBM Corporation and was promoted to vice president prior to taking on two CFO roles. While at IBM he held CFO responsibilities for several divisions, including Global Small Business and Storage Systems, within the IBM Server Group.
Mr. Calderoni holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Fordham University and a master of business administration degree in finance from Pace University.
Jessica Denecour
Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Varian Medical Systems, Inc.
Jessica Denecour provides leadership for Varian's worldwide Information Technology organization. Prior to joining Varian in January 2006, she served in a variety of management positions over a 20 plus years career at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President of Applications and Solution Services and prior to that the Vice President of Global Infrastructure and Operations Services, both at Agilent.
Ms. Denecour received her BS in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
Elizabeth Worley Farman-Farmaian, MD
Dr. Farman-Farmaian is currently an Attending Pediatrician, in the Division of Adolescent Medicine for Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, Palo Alto, CA.  Since 2002 Dr. Farman-Farmaian has served as Medical Advisor, Pediatrician with India Partners, Andhra Pradesh, India. Partners collaborate with local health care providers to prioritize public health threats, design and implement health programs to address these needs, and fully fund Dhya Health Clinic at the Orphan's Faith Home which provides medical care to 1,800 children and 800 adults each year. Dr. Farman-Farmaian's faculty appointments include current instructor of Clinical Pediatrics at Stanford University since 2006, and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Yeshiva University from 1999- 2004.
Dr. Farman-Farmaian earned her BA degree in English from Williams College, her M. Sc. Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and her M. D. degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Jeffrey Housenbold
As Shutterfly's President & CEO, Jeffrey Housenbold leads the company's strategic direction and growth. In June 2006, Jeffrey received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of theYear(r) Award in the Retail and Consumer Products category for the Northern California region. Previously, Jeffrey was Vice President of Business Development & Internet Marketing at eBay.  At eBay he also held positions as Vice President & General Manager of its Business-to-Consumer Group and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. Formerly, Jeffrey held senior management positions with AltaVista, including Vice President & General Manager, and was the Chief Operating Officer of Raging Bull. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Development at WinStar Communications and as Manager and Founder of Accenture's Media & Entertainment Strategy Group.
Mr. Housenbold earned his MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Dean's Fellow; and his undergraduate degrees, with High Honors in Economics and Business Administration, from Carnegie Mellon University where he was a Presidential Scholar. Jeffrey is the co-author of The Shutterfly Guide to Great Digital Photos, an instructional book published by McGraw-Hill on the essentials of digital photography. He is an avid photographer with his Canon 30D, and spends his weekends capturing the special moments created by his wife and their three sons.
Kirsten Rhodes
Kirsten Rhodes is currently Sr. Manager, Strategic Clients with Deloitte and Touche LLP in San Jose. She is a result-oriented professional with over 17 years of revenue generating experience in sales & business development, channel & client management, sales operations & marketing. Kirsten has a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue, performance in developing relationships with clients, partners and employees to position companies to win, and is a proven leader with strategic planning, tactical execution, and effective communication skills.  Before joining Deloitte & Touche, Kirsten held positions of Senior Director, Strategic Alliances and Director, Sales Operations at ThruPoint, Inc., an emerging growth business and a leader in the network consulting and integration market serving over 100 global clients. Previous to moving into consulting, she worked for 9 years in the semiconductor industry for STMicroelectronics, ASAT, and Wyle Corporation.
Ms. Rhodes received a BA degree from Colorado State University. She currently lives in Redwood City, California, with her husband and son.
Robin L. Washington
Robin L. Washington joined Gilead as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2008. In this role, she oversees Gilead's worldwide Finance and Investor Relations functions. Prior to joining Gilead, Ms. Washington served as Chief Financial Officer of Hyperion Solutions, an enterprise software company that was acquired by Oracle Corporation in March 2007. Ms. Washington also spent nearly 10 years at PeopleSoft, a provider of enterprise application software, most recently in the role of Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. She previously was a Director of Finance for Tandem Computers, an Accounting Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and a Senior Auditor for Deloitte & Touche. 
Ms. Washington holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of MIPS Technologies, Inc.
