San Jose Library Branches Close Early for In-Service

SAN JOSE, Calif. - All branches of the San José Public Library system-excluding the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library-will close at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 24 allowing staff to attend an afternoon in-service training
While branches are closed for in-service, King Library will continue to provide both walk-in and remote reference assistance. For more information on available options, click on "Ask a Librarian" from the library home page:  www.sjlibrary.org. All online services including the library catalog, databases, eBooks, and personal account access will also be available.
Periodic scheduling of Staff In-Service days enable all staff to participate in training necessary to respond to changing customer needs. Regularly scheduled hours will resume Friday, June 25 with library branches opening at 10 a.m. ∆
